i married a girl who got divorced from her ex (nri) in u.s.a thru mutual consent (she was respondent)but her hubby had marriage registered in u.s.a with other girl.he had married to that girl without divorcing my wife.is the divorce decree from u.s.a with my wife is valid (mutual consent). or can it be held invalid due to loop holes in it(loop hole being that boy already married and registered in u.s.a didnt declared to u.s. court and took div from my wifein u.s.a).

Polygamy is illegal in US so husband married to second is illegal in that case divorce is meaning less. He hide material fact of being married without divorce. ( I am not really sure how come your wife was not aware as if it is registered in US it is easy to find out in public records). In simple words your wife's marrige was not legal so no lawful divorce required. Only thing state law varies in US and check laws of specific state. Otherwise it is not a problem.
