Defamation through Internet

Hi :

Somtime ago, a student from Kerala got entangled with defamation issues as he had a blog against Shiv Sena. He managed to get Anticipatory Bail from the Kerala High Court. He then approached the Supreme Court for quashing of the proceedings against him stating that the remarks were not defamatory in nature and that he had not posted them. However, the Supreme Court refused to quash the proceedings.

The Supreme Court Bench who gave this ruling consisted of Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan and Justice P Sathasivam. This was around Feb 2009.

Can anybody post a copy of this ruling please ?
