QUESTIONS REGARDING SUMMONS AND BATTA TO DEFENDANT AND WITNESS IN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS

I have the following doubts regarding a civil proceedings in court. If any one of your good selves could answer I would be much grateful.

1. what are the documents to be filed in registry along with plaint in courts at lower courts in Tamilnadu?

2. Do I have to file batta while filing the case in registry or after the case comes to hearing in court?

3 Then what is the difference between process memo and batta?

4. Can a witness in both plaintiff and defendant side can be summoned by using process memo? if so within what stage of proceedings?

5. what is the use of CMP notice ?

6. Why court is asking us to send private notice when we already paid a batta?

Thanks in advance

Go to any court in TN and get the clarifications either from Advocate or his clerk or court staff.  There is a website in every court, and the due process being followed by subordinate courts was uploaded and available on the website.
