Not getting release from employer

I have resigned on 10th Sept-2019 and seeking release on 30th Sept-2019. My notice period is 60 days or in lieu of basic salary.

My employer is not ready to release me before 60 days. I sent so many mails stating notice period buy offer as per my appointment letter but they are denying in written and forcing me to serve 60 days notice. I will loose the new offer if I serve 60 days. What to do now?

Is the new employer willing to take you in service even without relief?

No sir. That is the main restriction, I need to have proper releave with releaving letter.

It is not advisable to go on prolonging the relief, whereby postponing the joining in the new post in other department/employer. Better pay the notice amount without argument and join in the new post. thereafter, you can pursue the matter.
