Will of disputed property

  1. Was willed Property in 2014 by A. I am not a Legal Heir.
  2. A died in 2015.
  3. Later came to know that in 2012, B has already fraudulently registered the property in her own name using an Unregistered, Revoked and Cancelled Power of Attorney which was given by A to B.
  4. A Title Suit to cancel the fraudulent registration is currently pending in court.
  5. Is the Will valid?
  6. Can I fight the suit after taking probate of the same?

Since the suit is already in court,for sure you had already mentioned about the will in the court too. 

If the will deed is there that is valid for the property belonging to tetsator,however if the property is disputed need to clear the dispute first
