Property is registered under ownership act and accordingly association formed.
Annual general meeting resoluted an extra rs 40 per sq ft for separate repair project apart from regular monthly maintenance
but association has not invoiced/billed the amount for individual units based on the fixed rate and requesting payments from owners through circulars and notices
are ownrs legally obliged to pay without a bill ?

Your association has to issue receipt of every rupy collected.

Receipt is ok but what about bill?
i repeat are owners legally obliged to pay without a bill ?
or can association demand money as dues based on notice only without giving a bill ?
