Regardding a Grant Land belonging to SC/ST community member grant date is 1940, the sale is made after 70 years to member of another community by the Grantees legal heirs. The New Owner has got the land converted to non agri through DC Conversion and BDA has also approved the layout and the Khata is in the name of the new owner. Sale is made in 2010. Does the land still attract PTCL act, do the legal heirs approach the DC to reinstate the property back to them.
