Poa from father who is having a psychatric problem

Sir, my father is suffering from psychatric problem in which he is towards spiritual way, he has lost interest in all aspects and willing to do anything. we have some lands in his name. we need to transfer to our names. is it possible to transfer documents in our name in absence of him. kindly suggest
