employer harrasment

how to take action against previous employer who is constantly spying even after being resigned from work.
While being in employement there was privacy invasion like listening to calls, hacking personal mobile and pc and now still being spied and harrased and outraging women dignity and modesty.

please help

Give the complaint to the nearby police station against him for causing such act on you.
