Gift Deed

Gift deed has been given to one among the children by mother in the year 2003 and that mother is no more now. Can it be questioned by other children of that mother now...? Is it possible to revoke that now...?? it's a Hindu Family Property in Kerala.

If other children aggrieved or want to challenged the gift deed they can do so. They have to approach the civil court and file suit.

Ji, to me, If that property is mother's self acquired property, then she can give it as gift to a son/daughter and it cannot be challenged by other heirs.

agree with Mr. kavksatyanarayana. and a gift cannot be revoked after the donor's death. provided that the essential conditions of a valod gift are followed.
