Our flat is on the 7th floor and the flat on the 6the floor right below us is facing leakage issue. Few years back they faced the same issue for which we did the repairing with our own money. Now again he is facing the same issue. But the thing
is we haven't made any sort of changes in both our washrooms and we haven't even changed the tiles. So how is this our fault. It's an injustice to us to pay everytime for their problem.
