Iam the plaintiff in the case were we had purchased the house our previous vedor son filed the case after the death of their parents for a passage were single lr filed the suit without consulting the 8 members our lawyer in cross asked about GPA but he said that I have GPA in my home but know he has filed Plaintiff files IA No.10 under Order 1 Rule 10(2) read with section 151 of CPC to bring the proposed plaintiffs on record. he has made false statement that he has GPA at his home what to be done at this stage pl's suggest me any idea that helps me thankyou
