I purchased electric goods worth of 30000rs.But the goods actual cost is 16000rs only.seller accepted to returned the goods but when goods taken to the shop seller refused to take the goods.seller said that he didnt gave money back and not took the goods.The bill was not generated and give only written without signature and GST.how can i recover money

As a complainant, you should prove that u purchased goods and you paid the amount to the shop. For that a bill is necessary as a documentary evidence in order to prove your case. So try to collect a proper Bill always whenever you purchase anything. A bit of paper in a hand written form is not be considered in the court.
