divorce proceeding

I filed and appeared for first motion a year back, and judge had given next hearing my documents are still with the court what to do next. We had a mutual lawyer.
He asked for money to FastTrack the case.

if u filed mutual divorce petition through common lawyer then no issues. After six months of filling petition your petition will be closed.
