I am buying a land in bihar.current land deed is in the name of a female.she died few yrs back and she is having two son and one daughter.current mutation of the land is in the name of two sons only.sister is not claiming property and she has given her consent to be witness and also about her not claiming property be mentioned it the deed.will her reclusion of right on the property ,increase the stamp duty?is there any such law?
It will not affect the stamp duty cost. Stamp duty is charged on property valuation.
