Pvt. Ltd Company who has paid bonus for the F.Y 2013-14 and 2014-15, but failed to pay bonus for the F.Y 2015-16 and 2016-17. When I requested to the company managment to pay bonus, in turn, I have been informed that I was not entitled for the bonus due to the following reasons.
1. Company Assests were declared as Non-Performing Assests.
2. Company decleared as Sick Company
3. Economic Laws have been chaned since 2015.
My Gross Salary was Rs.32000/- Per Month ( Basic + Dearness Allowance Comes to Rs.19200)
Am I eligible to claim my bonus.
