My current wife filed crpc 376 in 2012 alleging that i had a physical relationship on pretext of marriage. Then we married and the case was quashed in 2012 in Hyderabad High Court.
Then she started blacmailing for property, money which lead to disagrements b/t us and she had filed 498a, crpc 125 and DVC which are currently going on.
Now she has been lacking for a huge settlement for which i disagree so now she is repeatedly blackmailing saying that she is going to reopen the quashed case.
Is it possible that this case can be reopened?
