Eligiblity for post

i am selected as senior nursing officer by examination (permanent post)at AIIMS, for ward incharge post, but in same institute deputation and contractual person is alrdy present on that post. so kindly suggest me, who is first eligilble on that post. either me or deputation or contractual person?

What was the mode of your selection? How do you know that you have been selected? Have you received the appointment letter? What is the cause for your apprehension, as stated?

I was selected through written exam and I got appointment order and I am working in that institute but they didn't assign me to my post. They given my post to contractual and deputation person. They gave me junior post. And I feeling helpless.

I am unable to understand the state of affairs. Either you have misunderstood the status of the job you are appointed or there is a gross injustice against you. A definite opinion is impossible unless the papers are seen and facts ascertained.
