Suit for ingress and egress to land by pathway

Dear Expert, I have purchased 2 bighas of land which is well connected by a 32 feet pathway and hence I purchased the land. There are about 100 bighas of land which exist before my land and enjoy the same passage of 32 feet. Since those 100 bighas has been purchased by one developer and sold to many industrialist they are at ease with their ingress and egress to their lands. But I am denied entrance to my land and am not allowed to use the passage since I have not purchased the land from the developer. The developer has now constructed an iron gate at the entrance of the beginning portion from where all the land begins. This gate is at the Asian highway. There is no other passage to my land. I am from West Bengal. Does ingress and egress to my land under easement right hold?
