home transfer

I got a home in pradhan mantri a was yojna in kanpur. I am the installamnet.I received the allotment letter. not I don't get registry of it . can I sell it or transfer it to other person as I need to sell it for money

Dear querist, if that house is not registered till date in your favour, you cannot transfer the same.
