Depreciation calculation

Hi..
We had purchased the house in 2003 at Ahmedabad - gujarat and now we want to sale to other person but I want to know how to depreciation calculation from old property and how much pay the stamp duty?
please tell me how to calculation

You need to know market price of the house property as on today from the office of the revenue authorities like Talsildar/collector/sub-registrar office. Not depreceiation. You have to think about appreciation of the fixed properties but not depreciation.

To calculate depreciation it is not movable propertyjust like bus ,car,bike etc .it is immovable land which gains its valuehigh every year.the construction may become deteriorated but lands value increases every year .
