The OS filed in 1985 for specific performance to execute sale deed, Judgment and decree in 1996. AS filed by the defendant in 1998, SA filed by the defendant in 2001, SLP filed by the defendant in 2013 and SLP review filed by the defendant in 2017. It is concurrent judgment in my father's favour. Now EP filed in 2018 for the decree in OS of 1985. In the EP the counter was filed by the party citing 12 year limitation for filing execution petition. My advocate also scares me. Please advice. My humble thanks to the members of the LCI. Regards.
