salary issue on probabtion period

3 months ago, I joined a company as a trainee, I served 2 and half months of my probabtion period and give the resignation letter with early week notice. I received 2 month salary on time, however I haven't received last 15 days working salary. my query is am I eligible to receive it? if yes then what action I can initiate on company?
