Dear Learned members,
I have just lost the case of my agricularal land dispute at allahabad highcourt.
My all the justification and proofs and three judgements in SDM court and commissary courts in my favour were not considered and quashed because of the bar of section 49.
It was clearly injustice to me because I was minor at the time and when I became adult I immidiately approached to the concerned department and court.
Since the land was grabbed by fraudulently by other party and I was minor I would like to know does section 49 still attracts in case of minor and where the land was grabbed fraudulently by other party.
Kindly suggest and help me please!!
