Please get that clarification by personally speaking to Anjuman Law college, Vijayapur. In semester system when you have attended 6th semister regular classes, you can write 5th and 6th semester examinations also as I have done in the same way and there was no objection then. If there is a lack of minimum attendance, you have to provide such medical certificate and pay fees for condoning the regular attendance. College accepting fees for 6th semester is deemed that your semester regular course is completed. If you still have doubts seek information under RTI from Karnataka State Law University. Information solicited: 1. A student could not attend ................(degree)classes in 5th semester and has not appeared for the examination on health problems. He has paid fees and continuing regular classes for 6th semester. Please inform the procedure for writing 5th-semester examinations and whether he can attempt for 5th and 6th-semester examinations after completion of 6th semester.
