Dear sir/madam
we have hotel in Gujarat which is been pagdi system, the owner doesn't take rent, so we money order but he doesn't take that also, and it's 43 year have pass he doesn't maintain a building, ground floor we have hotel and above his premises which b not in use by him, I just want to now if building collapse, what will b the right of tenant? we pay property tax from starting? and who will redevelopment? and if owner redevelopment the property then?
