Dear Experts,
Me along with other 3 accused of my family have got bail from High Court in IPC 452, 454, 380 & SC/ST Atrocity act. Court has given a condition of furnishing P.R. bond of 25,000 each with one or more suriety. How many person do we need to present before Police station for bail. Is it 1 per accused or 2 per accused. Many are saying that 1 person is equivalent to 15,000 P.R. Bond for 25.000 surity more than 1 person are required. What all documents are required for the surity perosn.
Please help.
