Multiplicity of proceedings

There is pending a case at the District Magistrate and Session Judge court and now, at initiative of the opposite party, the High Court has appointed a arbitrator for adjucating the case, in which title of the case is same , parties are same and the point of dispute is same, and all the proofs and witnesses will be same . Please, advise me, can I object the order of the High Court, under section 10 of CPC and if I can proceed against the order of the High Court, where should I submit my objection .
