I've created a digital art which I'm planning to print on t-shirt. Hence I want to copyright it. I did my research on copyright.gov.in and have one question. Is form TM-60 (search certificate from trademarks office) required in my case? Since I'm going to print it on t-shirts. If it is required, how do I go about it? Thank you for your response and time.
