Add name in property

My father and mother were joint owners of a Building Flat.
Now after death of my father, my mother wants to add my name as co-owner.

What is the process and what documents are required for this.

We already have prepared the following documents
1 Affidavit
2 Indemnity Bond
3 Nomination

Dear queriest, where the property is situated?  Is it society housing flat?  First obtain legal heir certificate of your father.  After demise of your father, his share only devolved among the legal heirs of your father.  If you are only child to your parents, then your mother shall execute a Gift deed for her share 1/2 share and also for her share in your father' 1/2 share property.

It's a Flat. I am the only child. My mother have given a affidavit stating my father's share should be transferred in my name. She will still be the joint owner as she will keep her share with her. I have also submitted an indemnity bond stating I will be souly responsible if any other person make any claims.
Will this suffice

Is gift deed nessary... As my mother is not taking my father's share
