Affidavit

Sir,I need affidavit format for no objection letter from family members (3members)to transfer my aggri land property to my daughter.due to old land documents having not properly.property shared equally to all 3members.about me documents not proper.so VRO asking family members affidavit to issue pattapassbook.all my family members cooperate with me to transfer my property.
