Urgent - filing of 2nd rcr, once after first rcr ordered

Dear Experts,

I have a strange question....Wife deserted me on Nov 2012 and I filed RCR and also got an Order on Nov 2016 in my favour.

Wife did not join and instead filed false DV (without any PO and proper procedure and I am working on getting her DV quashed invoking 482 CrPc) and Divorce around March 2018....

Now, I am in the process of filing another RCR (citing the reasons of change in circumstances, as she filed Divorce now).

Please kindly let me know whether this 2nd RCR is maintainable, given already 1st RCR ordered in my favour.  (Please kindly advise on the maintainability perspective alone, since I had to file RCR considering many personal situations, and not interested in divorce at all)...

Please kindly advise...

Thanks & Regards

You can file execution of RCR The same may be filed in the court through a counsel.

A wife not willing to reside with her husband CAN NOT BE FORCED TO LIVE WITH HER HUSBAND by filing or getting a favourable order in RCR, this will only help you in settlement of maintenance demand and no more.
