I have purchased a property from private bank and I want to register now. I am not at all happy with the bank given the draft as a SALE CERTIFICATE. I have contacted the Legal consultant and made a draft. banker is not agreeing the format which we have done.
Please help me with the standard SALE CERTIFICATE under The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (also known as the SARFAESI Act)
