Need lawyer contact for Succession certificate frm Ahmedabad

Dear all - I purchased property and executed sale aggrement at sub registrar, bopal, Ahmedabad by owner. Later on suddenly owner is died and still sale deed execution is in pending. Also there is no tier-1 legal heir of owner available (son, daughter, wife) but only mother is live and she is considered as tier-2 heir of owner and some laywers said that for sale deed execution succession certificate is required from civil court. We consulted many lawyers but all saying succession certificate work are doing by civil court lawyer and still we could not find any. Any lawyer from Ahmedabad are providing the service to issue succession certificate than please share the contact detail on +91-9979903895 or here in comments, reply so we can consult and start a process to issue succession certificate. Thanks in advance.

Succession certificate is unnecessary .u have to file suit for specific performance on lrs of deceased sellers wife .son daughter all three r first class heirs.u have not stated that deceased mother is alive or not.son and daughter is married or not.

Seller wife is also died and they had not child only monther is alive and living with her daughter(sister of seller). Query is raised in TCR that succession is must to get clear TCR and based on that any bank cam grant the homeloan. Many lawyers suggested to go for succession in favour of deceased mother to execute sale deed.

Obtain details of legal representatives of deceased (executor of sale agreement) and file suit for specific performance through a local prudent lawyer.

Seller mother inherits her deceased son property.so u have to file suit against her for specific performance.make her daughter aspartyl in suit to avoid future consequences.
