appeal time

District court has remanded divorce case back to lower court sub court. I hv applied for Certified copy. Yet detailed judgement not ready by court. What is the time period to appeal in high court? Is that time after getting judgement copy or from the date of judgement in court?

90 days period of divorce start from the date of order but the time taken in obtaining the certified copies of the order against which the appeal is to be filled is exempt while calculation of the period of limitation.

If u want to drag the suit file appeal after 150days or more with condonation of delay application. Limitation is not mandatory in appeal cases. If u give sufficient cause delay is condoned.it takes atleast 2yrs.
