if two reports had been registered in different police station with regard to an offence, and contradictory reports have been presented in the Court by respective investigating officer, what proceedings should be adopted by the magistrate.

Whether same offence has been alleged to have been committed at two different locations to determine jurisdiction of two different police stations ? Unbelievable hypothetical statement.

actually two reports had been registered in respect of the same offence in different police station and two different investigation report came from different police station in respect of the same offence, one of which the final report has been presented by investigating officer and the other investigating officer presented charge sheet,
