Lease deed and order by charity commissioner.

Dear Sir,

Recently joint charity commissioner has ordered to take all the possession of trusts land which has been given by trustees since long ago given by lease agreement, Without any consent or hearing of currunt lease holder. So how we can challenge the order of JCC. one important thing to mention here is All lease agreement is not register with JCC by old trustees, so in this matter whose fault is there that lease deed is not register to JCC. Is JCC has any right to give order to trust for take back all possession? If is it so then what about the lease holder by lease agreement who are regularly paid rent to trust and who has invested a lot of
money and construct a whole unit.

kindly please suggest legal way to deal with this case.

The JCC's could only be interpreted to be  a direction to the Trusts, who are the lessors; it is no blank cheque to the Trusts to summarily evict the lessees overiding their lawful and vested rights, if any.  The lessors are required, in compliance to the directio to initiate approppriate steps in accordance with the due process of law to take back possession. In other words, the directions do not divest the lessees of the protection of law.

In my understanding, there aaaacould be legal remedies that could be availed of when the trustees initiate eviction procedings.
