498a case and look out circular issues

my spouse filed 498A case against me and got LOC issued on me.I have appointed lawyer in india. I am currently in usa. my passport expires in six months. being LOC issued will it cause any issues if I apply for passport renewal in USA? please suggest

Has the matter reached the Court? What is the present stage?How is that thatt the LOC is issued in spite of having appointed a Lawyer? The renewal of passport would be subject to the Orders of the Trial Court.

Hi All,

Yes, the matter has reached the court, my attorney is trying to cancel the LOC in the high court. what are the next steps I can take. please suggest
