My husband and I have gotten into a consent terms for mutual divorce. According to the terms, he has submitted the DD into the judges account. After that I have removed the dowry case. Now only the last date for divorce is needed for settlement. But he has not come for the last date of the divorce. What action can I take on him for not following the mutual consent term. What is the course of action if he doesn't come for the mutual divorce? What is the course of action if he withdraws the consent terms unilaterally?
