what is the maximum time that will be given to file a written statement in a partition suite

( 1 ) Plaintiff has to pay stamp duty. ( 2 ) 90 days from the receipt of summon but court can grant more time if defendant shows any reasonable cause for not filing w.s within time.

If defendant prays any counter claim in statement then he has to pay court fee.

As per law it is 90 days if he wants to prolongthen there are many roots and branches in it.if he fill advocates empty purse he search sections orders and rules in CPCwhich may take ????????? time to finish.
