I filed an IP in 2017. All respondents are experte. One of the respondent (say R) filed NI 138 (criminal case) which is running in Spl Magistrate court. Meantime in IP case, the civil court sent final notices to all respondents once again before declare me an insolvency. This time, Except R, remaining respondents are experte. This R respondent wanted to fight in civil court also. Now, I want to know the followings: 1. Can anybody fight the same Case (money matter) in two Courts (criminal and civil)? 2. Due to the same Case (money matter), can I ask the courts to run the Case in one court? 3. In NI 138 Case, I gave to R two blank cheques in 2009. Even I paid money, he didn't return my cheques, he filled himself on both cheques in 2017 and filed a NI 138 case. Can I go RP for Forensic Lab Test for Age of ink (which I signed on cheques is older than 2017)?
