Association

Ours is a colony of Bungalows and Apartments,/ CH Societies . We want to form an Association to jointly take up Civic and other problems with Municipal authority , Government + some other objectives .
Query 1 - Under Which Law this Association is to be registered and who is the Authority ?
2. What are the Forms to be filled , signed and submitted?

You can register under the Apartment ownership Act - in your state,you need to formulat the bye-laws and deposit with prescribed fee.

Sir , kindly note that this is a colony of Bungalows , Apartments and Co-Op. Hsg. Societies and a single Apartment .

It is better for you to register under Maharshtra Co-Operative Socites Act
