PF Not Paid After Retirement

Can any one help us on PF,

If some has been retired after his 60yrs age and he had not received his PF yet, what he has to do. Is there is any legal law for theat and any time period.

Please approach the employer and ask them to provide for 19 for PF withdrawl and for 10-C for receiving pension fund.  Please take along with you Form 19 & 10-C and 2 revenue (Rs.1/-) stamps also, before approching your employer, after signing the documents you can submit at PF office. 

If employer not providing signature, you can register your complaint at you local ( with in the Jurisdiction) PF Office against your employer.
