hello sir my father next peshi date is 28 march and on that day the the victim come and change their statment so my father free from case. but i heard about lok sabha elections my father is in still in jail and we are apply for bail from high court so is their any type of effect on bail and court cases during achar sahita or not as we know in achar sahita all govt work shut down untill election so is their any effect of achar sahita during court cases and bail systems???

However, there may be certain dislocation for few days during election day as employees on deputation has to attend training classes and election duties etc.,
