Hindu to muslim conversion

hi, i am a muslim boy and i'm in love with a hindu girl and she wills to convert from hindu to muslim.I need some help about the detailed procedure for converting from hindu to muslim.Is there any age restriction for conversion..?

it's not my wish...it's her decision..there is no forcing behind this..she is ready to change.so,i don't force her and without his willingness i can't change her..

If you love her and want to marry her than marry her according to civil form of marriage under the Special Marriage Act, 1954 without her converting to Muslim religion. That will be safe and best for both of you.
