Legal aid in delhi

I just want to get my reply prepared under one case.. do the legal aid services in delhi draft also ?? Is it mandatory to give the entire case to them ?? Or they will prepare my reply under one case ? How much they will charge for it ?? Or if i want to give some fees to them only for drafting so can i do that also ?

Search for website of Legal services authority, Delhi and go through the eligibility and formalities. As you are a woman, you are entitled to free legal aid, and it is not certain that they will provide legal assistance for all eligible litigants. You have to make a prescribed application requesting for such services and if they accept, they will entrust that case to any lawyer in their panel and pay his/her fees.
