Property Issue Highly urgent

Dear Sir/ Madam
It's subhreet Kaur from Ludhiana Punjab. We are family of 5 persons father, mother, one brother and 2 sisters. Our father met with accident on 1 Jan 2018 . Since then he is unconscious. and doctors said he may not have much time . Sir we have nuclear family. We two sisters are married and brother is unmarried. Our grandmother is living with my one uncle in village( we have 2 uncles)My father has no will and has some property in our village and rest in City Ludhiana.I know On my father's death property will be divided among my grandmother, mother, brother and 2 sisters. Our grandmother is on our side today but for tomorrow she may not be as our uncles don't like us.
My questions are
1. Is there any legal document We two sisters and grandmother can give in favour of our brother that we don't want any share from father's property even he is alive.
2 Is relinquishment deed be acceptable made by us in favour of brother regarding our share in father's property even when our father is alive and all property is on my father's name.
3 Any other document that can relieve our share from property even when father is alive although unconscious.
Please help ASAP.need urgent query please
