Contact such play schools already running, acquint yourself with the procedure and difficulties involved.  However, you have to seek permission both from Society and from Municipal authorities for using residential area as commercial area.

Do you have any certificate in Nursery education & training?

Have you planned to start the organisation as a franchisee of any established ednl. institution?

Have you obtained permission from Dist. level education authority?

Have you obtained NOC from your residential society to run your organisation?
