regarding section 494 r/w 109

i hav filed a 498a case against my husband and he filed a fake case against me by makin fake nikah nama of mine with some other person jus to harrass me and i hav been issued a process under sections 494 r/w 109 of ipc, 1860.. i want to know what is that.

If he makes fake Nika h Nama u complaint criminal case against him in criminal court so court will order to investigate against him
