LITIGANTS EXPENSES

The court already ordered on litigation expenses of Rs.3000 and direct the petitioner to pay, but the petitioner not made payment even to this day. what remidy to get litigation expenses and under what provisions

if the matter is pending you can bring to the notice of the court about non payment of expenses.

Just bringing it to notice of the court wont help.  And court as per Family Court rules cannot compel the husband to pay litigation expenses as free legal aid available for both husband and wife through Family Court rules.  Only for interim maintenance and alimony court can issue warrant in case of default and not for litigaiton expenses not paid by husband.  

You may contact free legal aid cell advocates in your city court complex who will fight your case for free.
